» Hydroformed Frame: Single-beam aluminum alloy frame with a built-in fuel cell.
» Advanced Geometry: Revised suspension with a wide steering angle and a completely redesigned rear shock linkage.

ENGINE UPGRADES

The Factory powerplants are distinguished by several key performance enhancements:

 

» Black Magnesium Cases: These race-bred cases shave roughly 2.2 lbs compared to the standard version, significantly increasing agility. A clever nylon insert prevents coolant from contacting the magnesium, eliminating the risk of corrosion.
» Enhanced Clutch (250/300cc): The diaphragm clutch features an increased disk count (7 instead of 6). This provides a 20% increase in transmissible torque and consistent lever feel during intensive, high-RPM use. 
» Riders can also adjust the pressure plate to three different preload positions.
» Titanium Exhaust: The 250/300cc models feature a full titanium manifold that cuts over 1.1 lbs. Combined with a redesigned silencer, the system delivers more maximum power and snappier throttle response. » The 125cc model receives its own dedicated titanium system tuned specifically for small-displacement performance.
» Industry First: Dual Spark System (300 2-Stroke Only): For the first time on a trial bike, the 300cc Factory model features a dual-spark engine head. This system—proven on Beta’s off-road race models—ensures more uniform combustion, reduces detonation, and provides smoother power at low revs.
» Race-Tuned ECU: All Factory models feature modified ignition mapping to perfectly balance the increased flow from the new cylinder and exhaust systems.
Note: In the pursuit of minimum racing weight, Sincro Factory models are not equipped with an electric start.
